Transcript Requests

Process for Requesting Transcripts

All transcript requests must be submitted in writing. You may submit a letter or complete a transcript request form. (To print the request form see link above.)

There is a $5.00 charge for each transcript issued after all free transcripts have been requested.

A personal check or a money order for $5.00 (per transcript) must be submitted with a letter or transcript request form. Please note that if paying by personal check, there may be a delay of ten (10) days.  Payment by money order is encouraged.

If attendance at Augusta Technical College was after 1992, regular processing time is 5-7 working days.  All records before that time may have been archived and additional time is necessary for retrieval.  Same day transcripts are not processed.

If a letter is submitted, please include the following:

Your name under which you were enrolled
Years attended
Social Security Number
The name and address where you wish your transcript to be mailed
Whether you would like an official or unofficial copy submitted

Our mailing address is:

Augusta Technical College
Attn: Student Records
3200 Augusta Tech Drive
Augusta, Georgia 30906

Out-of-state students who wish to expedite processing may authorize someone to come to the office and pay for their transcript by faxing or sending a note giving authorization.

Payment must be received before transcripts can be processed.

Payment is accepted by  the Office of Student Accounts, Building 100, Augusta Campus or the Admissions Offices at the Thomson or Waynesboro campus.

If you have any additional questions about your transcript, please call (706) 771-4038 or contact Rosa Hurt atrhurt@augustatech.edu.
