Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)

   The objective of this 17-hour certificate program is providing students with the following Microsoft workstation or server skills: system administration, planning, installation and configuration, configuring and managing resources, integration and interoperability, monitoring and optimization, and troubleshooting. This program defines network architecture, identifies infrastructure components, monitors and analyzes network performance, and design and management of Enterprise TCP/IP networks. High school graduation or GED is required for graduation from this program.

Employment Opportunities

   The Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) Preparation program will prepare the student to attain industry certification for entry-level technical support positions in the field of Information Technology.

Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA)

   The MCSA TCC program provides students with hands on and technical training in the concepts, principles, and techniques required to successfully design and implement computer networked services in a typically complex computing environment of medium to large sized business. High school graduation or GED is required for admission to this program.

   Networking Specialist Program graduates are in high demand by businesses with planned or existing networked computer infrastructures. Additional demand is created by the training our graduates have in specialized server skills, applications, and hardware maintenance. Bureau of Labor statistics indicate that computer networking skills will be in high demand for the foreseeable future.

Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE)

   The MCSE TCC program provides students with hands on and technical training in the concepts, principles, and techniques required to successfully design and implement computer networked services in a typically complex computing environment of medium to large sized business.

   This program is designed to be a continuation from the Microsoft Certified System Administrator Technical Certificate of Credit Program for those who desire the highest Microsoft networking credential, the MCSE.
