Welcome from the President

Since opening its doors in 1961, Augusta Technical College has maintained a long-standing history as a successful public, comprehensive, two-year institution. We are located in Augusta, the second largest city in Georgia, and also have campus locations in Thomson, Waynesboro and soon to be Grovetown. We strive to meet the needs of today’s business and industry by constantly introducing new programs and updating facilities and equipment.

The current and future demand for highly trained technicians is greater than the number of graduates entering the workforce.
